This venue is modern and well-maintained with a friendly and efficient reception staff, stylish and new rooms with great views.

Put a lock on the bathroom door. Also the renovated showers in order to turn it on you have to walk inside the shower and then you get sprayed with cold water. Really fancy showers just need the shower to open from other side.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was comfy and pleasant right by restaurants, the steakhouse, cafe's. The rooms were spotless with comfortable decor and hypo-allergenic pillows. The atmosphere created was family! The breakfast was outstanding, the check in was easy. Moreover, we parked the car onsite. The coffee bar was great.

The rooms are well furnished with a good view. The location is beautiful and convenient. The food is good.

The asst mgr was outstanding and very helpful, location was perfect, our breakfast was excellent.

The check on clerk was a bit dour, the construction was awful and since we booked through booking group didn't know about it til day of arrival, the swimming pool was down.

Nice room with a king-sized bed and a sofa-bed, plus a cool view. Awesome spot in the suburban area with a view of the lake 🌊.

Enjoyed a tasty breakfast at a nearby Starbucks and the hotel is conveniently located near great dining options.

The accommodation was spacious and wonderful, and the staff at the reception desk were professional and genuinely helpful. the location was nice and unbeatable, as it was close to restaurants and cafés. Shopping malls and convenience stores were around the hotel.

Spiffy room with an awesome view of the lake and cool decorations. Everything was neat and tidy, plus the bed was comfy. The pool area was also spotless. 🌟

No bath tub! I had a long, very hard day and wanted a good soak for painful feet and ankles. I almost cried when I saw the shower only. Construction made checking in, getting to room awkward. Room key did not work. Room price did not reflect hotel condition.

I would like to have known it was under remodel, it was dusty, noisie, no pool or hot tub. We were traveling with a small pet,no first floor rooms so very inconvienent to take the pet outside. Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Because I booked through Booked.net not able to collect IHG rewards. Will not stay there again very expensive for so little.

The location is fantastic, surrounded by a beautiful forest of trees. The hotel is conveniently close to excellent restaurants in downtown Lake Oswego and the highways connecting to Portland and Tigard, Oregon. The breakfast offered plenty of delicious food options.

Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

The hotel is going through a renovation. No work out facilities. I was in one of the new rooms and there was only a very small (18"x18") table between the sink and toilet to put my make up, hair stuff, and tooth brush/paste. Mind you, they already had their toiletries, Kleenex, and glasses on it. I really don't use much of that stuff, but I kept thinking about if there was someone with me and how would we handle this space. It was not well thought out. Also,there was an issue with my door where it was hard to open from the inside. I've stayed here before, and will again, but not at first choice.

The king room here has a modern interior design, which is pretty cool. The breakfast is not only delicious but also offers a great variety of food. Plus, there's a small restaurant nearby, which is super convenient. 🍳
